Your Session: Corporate

Working in the Toronto area, Doreen comes to your location to provide the very best in Portrait Photography including Corporate & Business Portraits, Actor Headshots and Artists’ portraits.

Doreen works with you to create imagery that will align with your corporate brand. For your convenience, sessions take place on location in your office.

When you book: 
Your session will be tailored to meet your needs and timeframe. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of session fee is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date and time. Please ensure that there is a suitable room of 12X15’ or larger with electrical outlets cleared and available for the shoot. Parking nearby is necessary for the unloading of equipment.

Timeframe:
 Doreen usually takes the between 10-15 minutes of shooting time per person once equipment has been set up. Please allow 35minutes for set up.

Afterwards: 
Contact sheets will be emailed to your contact person approx. 1 week following the shoot. Each photograph on the contact will be sized as per your instructions and custom cropped in order to create a dynamic composition. Hard copies can be provided in addition to the emailed contacts.

Portraits can be processed for both web use and print output. Final image files selected will be provided on CD. Hard copies are also available at your request.


Your Session: Family

Doreen works with you to create lasting moments. Since she works digitally, you will be able to see the session as it unfolds. Sessions are done on location in your home, at the beach or in a local park.

When you book: 
Your session will be tailored to meet your family’s needs and timeframe. Doreen will work with your child’s routine in scheduling around naps and feedings in order to ensure a happy and relaxed atmosphere. Doreen is happy to consult with families beforehand to discuss location of shoot and clothing choices. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of session fee is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date and time. The remaining 50% is to be paid at the time of the sitting.

Timeframe:
 Doreen takes the time needed to ensure relaxed and natural images of you and your family. Please leave approximately two hours of time for your session (including set up.) More time may be required if you have a large number of people and/or a number of combinations in mind. An additional charge for time is required for sessions lasting over 2 hours.

Afterwards: 
Contact sheets will be provided approximately two weeks after the session. Each photograph on the contact will be custom cropped in order to compliment the image and create a dynamic composition. Doreen asks that your selection be placed within two weeks of receiving the proofs. Finished prints will be delivered sometime within the next two weeks. Additional time will be needed for custom matting and framing orders.
